cKO Mouse Model

Our core platform is based on a proprietary male mouse stem cell technology derived from the groundbreaking Nature publication "Establishment of Mouse Expanded Potential Stem Cells" by our founder, Dr. Lan Guocheng. This innovative approach ensures 100% gene editing efficiency, a benchmark consistently validated across multiple projects.

Through systematic optimization of our embryonic stem cell injection protocol, we can achieve complete embryonic development solely from the injected stem cells, with no recipient embryo contribution to fetal tissues.
